Marché : Swiss Village

Welcome to Marché, original Swiss Village Theme Restaurant. The high standards of freshness and quality, the front cooking principle and the informal market atmosphere fulfil the expectation of quality-conscious guests in terms of healthy food and transparency more completely. 

A waiter welcomed and handed each of guest a blank card to record our orders. One thing you must concern the most that if the cards were lost, a fine of IDR 1.000.000 per card will be charged. So beware.

 

Atmosphere with rustic-themed furniture and warm lighting was so cozy.  There was a mini playground on-site clearly distinguishes Marché as a family restaurant. The stunning two levels architecture comes complete with a cascading alpine waterfall and a large screen showing Switzerland’s scenery. The children can enjoy a special play area called the ‘Heidi House’, named after the famous character of the Swiss children’s story.

Guest can stroll among the inviting markets stands, and choose their meal. The imaginative preparation of delicious dishes at the pasta, seafood, and grill counters are experince live by guests.

Savoury Crepe with Smoked Salmon & Creamy Mushroom Sauce

A thin flimsy crepe, with toppings that you can choose by yourself. There are add-on toppings like chicken, salmon, mushroom and so on. But I love the vegetable one the most. The crepe is prepared right before your eyes, with generous helpings of shredded lettuce/cabbage topped with mounds of mushrooms and cheese. All this served very satisfying with the creamy mushroom sauces and salad. I would think this dish is pretty healthy.  I had more than enough filling with each bite.

Rösti with Cheese & Sour Cream

Another signature dish and our all time favourites! Rösti is a Swiss style potato pancake. This menu suitable for vegetarian, with cheese and salad. Or if you like, you can choose add-on toppings like chicken, salmon, mushroom.

 Ice Chocolate Coffee

Every cup of movenpick organic coffee represents pleasure and speciality.

Fruit Punch Juice

Hand pressed seasonal juice, made by order with fresh fruit that are rich in vitamins.
